The four-bedroom, four-bathroom Norma Rd home, designed by Gartner Trovato Architects, boasts an indoor pool along with steam room within its three levels.
It last traded in 2007 for $6,550,000 when sold by Simon and Brenda Tripp, who built it after buying from the executors of the late Surry Hills garment trader Max Frost.
Gartner Trovato also designed Paramount, the Palm Beach house bought for $5.25 million in 2015 by Qantas chief Alan Joyce from HSBC Asia Pacific’s head of equities Rakesh Patel, who had waited 349 days to find his buyer.
