The Tapeworm quest is triggered after we finish certain missions. The quest is all about four conversations between V and Johnny Silverhand. The Choices that you choose won’t affect the ending however you should not be a complete freak with him as this quest will lead to Johnny’s Samurai jacket, gun, and Porsche 911.

Get the tapeworm quest objectives completed by following these step by step guide given below:
After the Transmissions interact with Johnny for the first time and block him
After the first Interaction, you have to interact with him again for the second time and simply choose any options and proceed.
Before you black out Talk to Johnny Silverhand.
Johnny will lead you to climb through a window after you wake up in Pacifica.
Interact with Johnny for the last time on this quest. Get the dog tags that are present in the vent placed beneath the counter.
After talking with him leave through the window to complete the Tapeworm quest.
