Erin Cahill is an American actress who has starred in many hit movies like Power Rangers Time Force, where she played Jen Scotts (Pink Time Force Timekeeper) and Power Rangers HyperForce (2017).
She was also in Saving Grace as Kendra Burke and How I Met Your Mother Heather (Ted Mosby’s sister). Cahil is also a passionate philanthropist. She is a member of an NGO BuildOn which is committed to promoting education and building schools in Malawi.
Erin is a strong supporter of Free Arts for Abused Children and the co-founder of a charity group, Charitable Living.

Cahill was born on January 4, 1980 in Stafford, Virginia to Deborah and Steven Cahill as Erin Jessica Cahill. She has a sister named Lauren Cahill. She studied at Brooke Point High School. After graduating in 1998, she won a performing arts and performing arts scholarship to study at Marymount Manhattan College in New York, but dropped out at 19 to work full-time at Los Angeles.
She showed up in the arts at an early age and encouraged by her mother who allowed her to start producing at a local high school at age four. At age eight, she also began taking singing and dancing lessons. At the age of eleven, she won the Miss Pre-Teen Virginia and became the first Miss Junior America runner-up.
While in high school, she was with the acting group and also led many groups including the Honorary Thespians. She auditioned for the Governor’s School of the Arts in acting and got perfect scores at all stages of the audition.
When Cahil was only sixteen, she became a general actor in the Actors, Models, Talent for Christ competition and was later selected to be part of the Barton and Williams Dance Company, where she won not only individual awards, but also corporate awards.
She made her screen debut in 2000 when she starred in a comedy short Speed for Spies. Her big role, however, came in 2003 when she appeared in Power Rangers Time Force as Jen Scotts – the Pink Time Force Ranger and leader of the Rangers.
Erin Cahill has also appeared in countless shows and movies such as Crossing Jordan, Stitchers, General Hospital, Call of Duty: Black Ops II, Resident Evil: Vendetta, CSI: Miami, The Mentalist, Garfunkel and Oates, Grey’s Anatomy, 9-1-1, Supernatural, Ghost Whisperer, Criminal Minds, Monk, Cold Case, Castle, House, and many more.
In 2017, she starred in the movie The Order alongside fellow Power Rangers actors. The talented actress has also appeared in commercials for Land Rover Discovery, Bank of America, Hyundai, Lean Cuisine, Honda and many others.
