To redeem a retail code, there are two ways i.e. through the Epic Games Launcher or via the Epic Games Store website.
Redeem Through Epic Games Launcher
You have to open the Epic Games Launcher.
Then you have to log in to your Epic Games account.
Now you have to click your name in the bottom left corner.
Then click Redeem Code.
Now you have to enter the code and then click Redeem.
Note: You would receive a message then that the code was successfully redeemed.
Redeem Through Epic Games Store
First, you have to open your Internet browser.
Visit the following link
Now you have to log in to your Epic Games account where you want to redeem your code if you are not logged in.
Then move your mouse over your name in the top right corner and click Redeem Code there.
Now enter the code and click Redeem.
Note: You will now receive a message that the code was successfully redeemed and now you have your game available in your Epic Games Launcher Library.
